Louise Kilty

Louise has worked in law firms for over 25 years and brings experience, empathy and her caring nature to support our staff, our clients and the business.

She has had many years of practical experience in various departments, more recently within the family department as a paralegal, specialising in children matters, as well as supporting the Directors.  Due to her increasing knowledge of the business, she was promoted to Practice Manager in February 2025.

Louise is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the business, including implementing procedures and policies to remain compliant with our Regulators and Accreditations.  She is passionate that our clients receive a great service with Couchman Hanson and her approachable nature helps people feel at ease when speaking to her.

Louise is a dog lover and enjoys walking… with a coffee in hand!
