Louise Kilty is the Practice Manager, responsible for the day-to-day running of the firm. She works closely with both legal and support teams to ensure a professional, efficient, and client-focused service.

Louise has worked in law firms since leaving school and her background was focused in family law before progressing on to Practice Manager in February 2025.
