Graham Jewell

Graham is an experienced lawyer who heads up our company commercial department. He prides himself on the quality of his relationships and is a trusted adviser to his clients on their business journey.

Graham advises on a full range of corporate and commercial work, specialising in share and business sales and acquisitions, company investments, shareholder agreements and share option agreements, lending, general shareholder and director advice and commercial agreements. He also has in-house experience and having worked so closely with owners and senior management teams understands and appreciates the challenges and stresses that businesses and their owners face.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, Graham trained and worked in leading City and regional law firms in their corporate and commercial departments and more recently as the head of a corporate department and part of that law firm’s senior leadership team. This has given him a wide-ranging and varied experience of guiding a breadth of clients, from sole-owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs at the start of their ventures through to multi-million pound investment rounds and company M&A.

Graham is passionate about helping his clients in a friendly and commercially pragmatic way and is known for his supportive and positive outlook and trying to make transactions as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, Graham loves spending time with his family, often out for dog walks and having fun in the garden and enjoys a nice beer and some sport with friends.
