Getting your legal affairs in order

1 – Your business

You can deal with these matters by creating Lasting Power of Attorneys. There are two types of Lasting Power of Attorney so you could choose different people to deal with legal and financial matters and medical decisions, if you wish.

By leaving it to chance, your affairs may not be dealt with in the way that you want them to.

3 – Your property

There may be outstanding issues relating to your property which you just haven’t sorted yet.

For example, you might want to check how you own a property, whether it is jointly or as tenants in common. This is important as it can affect how your estate is distributed when you pass away.
